About
Living in Portugal since 2006
I moved from the UK to Algarve in 2006. However my passion for cycling didn’t start till late in life. I was in my 40s when I got hooked. It quickly became an obsession.
Since my infatuation with riding started I have been lucky to have done many exceptional routes and rides. I spent a week in the Alps covering all of the iconic climbs. I have cycled the highest point of mainland Portugal (Serra Estrela) and even cycled the magical N2 route SEVEN TIMES! The N2 is the longest continuous road in Europe. 738km long and approximately 9,000m of climbing. Yes, if you want to do that I can also help you.
What you can expect from me:
Carefully planned local routes
Small friendly groups
Coastal and inland options
Classic Monchique climbs
Café stops that matter
I look forward to helping you make the most of your rides.
